Hi All, I hope you all are doing well. I will be shifting to Alpharetta next month. I just wanted to confirm if apartment rent should be 1/3rd of gross monthly income ? Is this ,criteria really checked in USA? Can you please suggest me some Apartments with good elementary schools nearby , with price below 1700$ .
