Pandit Hridaynath Kunzru, social reformer, politician, passed away. He contributed greatly to public life, fighting against caste system, untouchability etc. He was closely affiliated to the 'Servants of India Society' with Ghokhaleji. He even declined to accept the ""Bharat Ratna"" award conferred on him.

1/19/1990	Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh ""Osho"", Indian free love guru, modern mystic and controversial cult figure, died in Pune at the age of 58 years. He will be remembered as a great orator and for founding of Rajnishpuram in USA.
